Our Services
XLNT Detailing provides professional auto detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services. All services are performed by trained professionals using professional-grade products.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until the service is confirmed and scheduled.
Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Confirmation of your appointment will be provided via your preferred contact method.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may apply.
Limitation of Liability
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, XLNT Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that may be revealed during the detailing process (such as paint defects beneath existing coatings). Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to assess additional condition-based fees for vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, smoke residue, or other conditions that require extra time and materials. These fees will be communicated to you before work begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional cost.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of California and resolved through mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles County.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
